friendly, on time, great job!

Called all day and was unable to reach anyone in order to schedule an appointment. Finally, I did as suggested and texted the number given on the answering machine greeting and explained how I had called several times that day without success and surprisingly I received almost immediate response letting me know that they apologized for the inconvenience and was very helpful and friendly from that point on. First I got my hair highlighted which I was a little disappointed about(not because of anything Lee did) because the end result was not as dramatic as I was hoping but that was due to the horrible condition of my hair due to my own stupidity in which case I appreciated lee expressing her opinion which was she didn't feel comfortable going any lighter for fear my hair would likely break significantly... That being said, once my hair is healthy enough to obtain the color I want- I will without a doubt ask lee to highlight my hair - I think she did an excellent job, she was friendly, professional but most importantly she was honest... The owner is very nice as well- I came in to tan and paid for my girlfriend to get her nails done and also brought my 3 year old- I felt a little uneasy about bringing her as the front waiting area is a bit small and it can be tough to entertain a 3 year old but the staff and owner were both very polite, accommodating and friendly- they interacted with my daughter and was super nice to her which is probably what sold me most- I was surprised to hear the spa has been running for 10 years but only because I've never known someone who has frequented and plus the whole spa thing is fairly new to me in general. What I REALLY LIKED was the fact that they actually provided the services that they advertised unlike RITUAL Salon and Spa who advertise they do nails but actually only provide manicures/pedicures for natural nails and both locations in summerlin and Henderson told me they do full sets just not at that location and directed me to call the other location in which I received the same exact instructions- RITUAL is more upscale as far as the decor and building goes, but Caribbean is more laid back, down to earth and actually just plain honest... I thought at first that somehow they were business related in terms of ownership due to their websites being so darn similar but I guess I was wrong. I would say 4 out 5 stars for Caribbean and will continue to go here over any place else. The only thing I think they could improve would be to make it possible to pay gratuity off of a gift card and possibly have some sort of beverage for sale maybe for cheap and have water free. Idk maybe they aleady do i just wasnt really there long enough. bur anyways,Thank you guys for the wonderful experience, and although I'm rarely on time (story of my life, &working on it) I thank you all for your politeness and hospitality despite the inconvenience...:)
